Community Progress, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting municipalities and low- to moderate-income people with housing needs throughout Chemung, Steuben, and Schuyler Counties. We work in partnership with national, regional and local organizations to offer unique opportunities through:
Operation of housing rehabilitation programs to single, multiple and mixed -use dwellings; and
Operation of business rehabilitation/development programs.

CPI cannot assist City of Elmira Residents
