New 2019 MMHR applications now available

A few days ago, Community Progress, Inc. announced additional funding for the Mobile/Manufactured Home Replacement (MMHR) program thanks to a New York State grant we had recently secured. Accordingly, we have updated our MMHR application; new applicants can find the updated version here.
