Elmira Heights receives grant to develop former Pierce's building
Great news from Elmira Heights! The Village of Elmira Heights has been awarded an $875,000 grant through Empire State Development’s Restore NY funding. The Elmira Heights Urban Renewal Agency (EHURA) will administer the program. New market-rate apartments, commercial renovations, and an improved façade are planned as part of the project's outcomes. Work begins at Hanover Square site!
CPI is proud to announce that, thanks to a Main Street project grant from New York State, renovations have begun at 101-109 S. Main St. in Horseheads, at historic Hanover Square. Construction is expected through June 1st, and will focus on two areas of improvement.
