Work begins at Hanover Square site!
CPI is proud to announce that, thanks to a Main Street project grant from New York State, renovations have begun at 101-109 S. Main St. in Horseheads, at historic Hanover Square. Construction is expected through June 1st, and will focus on two areas of improvement. The building, formerly several businesses over the years--but best known as Brown's Pharmacy to local residents--will receive a new ground-level façade up-lift. Once completed, the exterior will be more vibrant and more closely express the historic characteristics of the building.

Additionally, the third floor of the building will be completely renovated, creating new living spaces for future occupancy. Three new market-rate apartments will be added, along with renovations to an existing 2nd-floor apartment.
